Physical Products

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on physical merchandise under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened and in original condition

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds

We do not provide refunds due to the spiritual nature of our goods.

We will, however, provide a full refund for physical products if:

  • Package is returned by the postal service

  • Package is returned untouched (i.e. unopened)

  • Package is returned within 30 days

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Please note: We do not accept returns on opened merchandise. All sales of opened items are final.

Spiritual Services

Due to the natre of our work, all spiritual services are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Readings and consultations

  • Cleansings

  • Spiritual guidance

  • Spellwork services

  • Custom formulation services (charms, hands, mojos, etc… included)

We charge for our time, expertise, and supplies — not results. Once a working has been performed, the work has been done and the transaction is complete.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange for physical products:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange

  3. We will provide return shipping instructions

  4. Package items securely in original packaging

  5. Ship items back at your expense

Processing Time

  • Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
