This wash, containing various herbs, powders, oils, and tinctures of Venus and of the Star of the Spike was formulated and consecrated during a “folk election” appropriate for the generation of wealth in excess, of the multiplication of coin, of the obtention of luxury, and of financial abundance.
It, along with its sister oil and powder, were blessed at our working altar devoted to Anaêl, Angel of Venus, and Spica, on Sunday, November 2nd, as Venus joined Spica in the sky, shortly after the helical rising of the star (October 31st). This "folk election" brings together the current of Spica's heliacal rising, Venus' conjunction with the star, as well as the blessings of All Saints' day, which is a day traditionally auspicious for all things pertaining to wealth and prosperity in preparation for the harsh Winter months.
This wash is formulated with Baltic sea salt as its base, and contains a plethora of materia chosen by divination and spirit-congress for the sake of bringing money to the point of excess — not only to make ends meet, to pay the bills, or to stay fed, but to move past survival and into a space of pleasure and luxury by multiplying coin, manifesting gifts, and destroying debt. It features a deeply sensual perfume reminiscent of soil and traditional industrial revolution-era French perfumery, with notes of Nut Grass, Ylang-Ylang, Nutmeg leaf, and irrational Cepes.
Add to spiritual baths or floor washes, or soak and bathe ritual tools, altars, vessels, talismans, candles, etc… by creating a concentrated wash.
