Devil's Cloak Talisman

Sale Price:$35.00 Original Price:$60.00

The Devil’s Cloak talisman is a charm of invisibility, of going unnoticed, of avoiding the eye of authority.

Devil’s Cloak is a formula which has shifted and evolved through the years, from its first iterations fashioned for the sake of sneaking around cemeteries unnoticed, to its sophomore expression that was focused on hiding from diviners and other practitioners’ scrying. This version is its perfected, ultimate form, containing powdered Frog and soot collected from the burning of brambles last Autumn, amongst other ingredients.

The enchantment of this talisman is two-fold, calling on both the Devil and the planetary powers of the Sun. The talismans were fumigated with Frankincense, and washed in herbs for power and liberation, including High John the Conqueror. They were finally anointed with Devil’s Cloak oil and blessed once more.

Carry this talisman when you wish to be unseen or unnoticed, at times when authority is a threat and the gaze of others is dangerous. It may be fed whenever it is used, by soaking it in a bit of brown liquor.

Sold as curio only.
